After you have eaten this delicious roast, you may wonder what to do with all that fantastic broth... there are so many options. You can leave it in the slow cooker and make soup... OR you can make gravy for the mashed potatoes that you are likely serving with your roast... OR you can dump it in your "soup bucket" that you are keeping in your freezer.
